About T.I.E.S

The Tribal Indigenous Entrepreneurs Society (T.I.E.S) is dedicated to fostering economic empowerment and sustainable development within tribal communities across India.

Our Vision

To transform tribal livelihoods into sustainable wealth creation, ensuring economic self-reliance and dignity for indigenous communities across India.

Our Mission

We empower tribal entrepreneurs through comprehensive training, incubation support, market linkages, and advocacy for business-friendly policies, preserving cultural heritage while fostering innovation.

Our Founding Story

T.I.E.S was founded in 2025 by a group of passionate social entrepreneurs and tribal community leaders who recognized the immense potential within indigenous communities, often overlooked due to lack of access to resources and markets. Witnessing the challenges faced by tribal artisans and farmers in scaling their ventures, they envisioned an organization that would bridge these gaps, providing holistic support from skill development to market integration. Our journey began with a pilot project in a small village in Jharkhand, and since then, we have grown to impact hundreds of lives across multiple states, driven by the belief that economic empowerment is key to preserving tribal culture and heritage.
